Backbone One Lightning controllers are compatible with most iPhone (Series 14 and previous generations with iOS 17 or later) devices that have a Lightning connector.
The iPhone 15, 16, and 17 are compatible with our Backbone USB-C controllers.
For customers who purchased before September 22nd, 2023: Your Backbone One will require a firmware update before it will be compatible. You may also require a firmware update if you purchased from a retail store or other 3rd party. Check out this article for more information on how to manually update your firmware.
