Keeping your Backbone Pro's controller firmware up-to-date is crucial to maintaining a smooth gaming experience, and all you need is the Backbone app on your phone.
The Backbone app continuously checks for new firmware updates in the background and will automatically install them without any effort on your end! If for any reason you need to manually install a firmware update, here are the steps to do so:
- Navigate to Settings > Controller in the Backbone app. If your controller requires an update, you'll notice a red notification.
- Click Update Controller to download and install the firmware update.
