Yes — the options depend on when you purchased your Backbone One.
Purchased before August 1, 2026
Your controller has a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom left handle. You can either:
- Plug any 3.5mm wired headphones directly into that jack, or
- Use Bluetooth headphones or earbuds paired to your phone.
Purchased on or after August 1, 2026
These controllers no longer include the 3.5mm headphone jack. Use Bluetooth headphones or earbuds paired to your phone.
Please note: the USB-C pass-through port on the bottom of the controller is for charging only and does not carry audio, so wired headphones can't be connected through it.
Not sure which one you have? Look at the bottom of the left handle. If there's a small round port there, your controller has the headphone jack.
