The Backbone Pro is compatible with the most popular USB-C mobile devices from Apple, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Realme, and Motorola, including the all-new iPhone 17 series. The device's operating system must be iOS 17.3 or later for iPhone users and Android 10.0 or later for Android users.
Lightning-type connectors (iPhone 14 and earlier) are not compatible. However, you can connect to Lightning phones using a wireless Bluetooth connection. Please note that many features within the Backbone app (button mapping, controller profiles, etc.) are not available when connecting to your phone via Bluetooth.
