We’ve recently combined our Shopify stores into one to make things simpler for you! Because of this, the return process will now depend on when your order was placed. Please follow the instructions below:

 

Please follow these steps:

Step 1

  • Have your order number (begins with SPY-) and the email address used to place your order ready
  • Take a picture of your Backbone Controller to attach to your return request

Step 2

Step 3

  • Once your return is submitted, our team will review your request and follow up via email.
  • If approved, and you’re in the U.S., you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (be sure to check your spam folder!)

Step 4

  • Follow the packaging instructions in your email and ship your return
  • That’s it! Once we receive the item, we’ll begin processing your refund, replacement or exchange.
