I received an error message when trying to complete my return request

UNABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN REQUEST? 

Follow these helpful tips to resolve the issue:

 

1 - Make sure to enter the same email address used when placing your order. In order to complete your return, the email address and order number [SPY-XXXXXXX] need to match what was sent in your order confirmation email. 

 

2 - Try your return on another browser?  For example, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. 

 

3 - Try your return on another device?  Such as a laptop, iPad, etc.

 

4 - Clear your browsing history to remove all cookies, etc.
